They did a good job on our pool surround but I've scheduled three appointments with Jackson to pour a basketball court and he's never shown up and isn't returning texts or calls.
Had them pour a driveway for us last year and they did a great job but with a couple of problem areas, rebar was coming up through the driveway in a couple of spots. We noticed this after a few months and called and asked that they come fix it. We were promised that it would be taken care of and then radio silence. Weve reached out multiple times and still no response. Bottom line if you want concrete work don't with no guarantees of quality or follow up then these are your guys.
The team from Rocky Top lead by Eddie Lay did a outstanding job on our property. They extended our driveway with a retaining wall and installed French drain. Also poured a stained stamped patio on rear of house and poured another stain stamped patio over a existing front porch patio. Eddie Lay did excellent excavation work on our property, he is a master steer skid operator. Eddie Lay owns this company and is truly involved in all work with his team. I highly recommend him to do any Concrete & Excavating work. I would likely hire Rocky Top again. Thank You Eddie Lay and your team.
